Creating a viphp account is quick and straightforward. Head to the viphp Login page and click the Register button. You'll need to provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and enter your basic personal details. Once you've submitted the registration form, check your email for a verification link. Click the link to confirm your email, then log in and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as your PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or Voter's ID. KYC verification is required before you can make deposits or withdrawals.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on viphp. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. viphp enforces this through mandatory KYC age verification — any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.

On the viphp Login page, click "Forgot Password" below the login form. Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. No. viphp strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact our support team immediately.

Log in to your viphp account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your contact number, address, and communication preferences. Note that your registered name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification is complete, as these are tied to your identity documents. If you need to correct a name or date of birth error, contact our support team with supporting documentation.

Deposits & Payments

viphp supports all major Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Direct, and other local e-wallets and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not currently accept cryptocurrency or international credit cards. Our payment options are regularly updated — check the Cashier section of your account for the latest available methods.

The minimum deposit on viphp is ₱100. This applies across all supported payment methods including GCash and PayMaya. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may require additional verification for security purposes. Deposits are credited to your viphp account instantly in most cases.

Most deposits are credited instantly. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, first check your payment app (GCash, PayMaya, or bank) to confirm the transaction was completed on their end. If the payment was deducted but your viphp balance hasn't updated, take a screenshot of the transaction receipt and email it to [email protected] with your account username. Our team will investigate and resolve it within 24 hours.

viphp does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit. GCash and PayMaya transfers to viphp are generally fee-free for standard transactions.

Withdrawals & Cashouts

Log in to your viphp account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete and your payment details are up to date before submitting a withdrawal request.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank usually take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer. You'll receive an email notification once your withdrawal has been processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount on viphp is ₱500. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks. If you have an active bonus, please check the wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal, as unmet wagering requirements may affect your cashout eligibility.

The welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account after your first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus comes with wagering requirements — you'll need to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
