viphp is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This is a legal requirement under Philippine law. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.
Each player may hold only one active viphp account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

All financial transactions on the viphp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). viphp supports the following payment methods for deposits:
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered viphp account holder — are strictly prohibited. viphp reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the viphp cashier page at the time of deposit. viphp does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
viphp reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting funds to your account. This may include requesting proof of payment or confirmation from your payment provider. Deposits that cannot be verified may be reversed.
Withdrawal requests on viphp are subject to the following conditions:
viphp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected, viphp may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.
viphp offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion:
Bonus funds credited to your viphp account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
viphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your viphp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude viphp's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the viphp Platform, you agree to first contact viphp's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. viphp will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the viphp Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and viphp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
